Actravia is an online system that allows you to publish an events listing online and accept registration and payments automatically. We are continually developing Actravia and version 2.0 is the latest release. Version 2.0 offers lots of new functions that will enable more event registration scenarios to be facilitated and also further facilitates the administration of those events.

Categorised, Calendar and Upcoming Events List Views:
Actravia now automatically generates a full events calendar or a list of upcoming events in addition to the categorised list of events. These facilities make it easier for your visitors to find and register for the events they wish to attend.

SMS Messaging:
Actravia now allows you to send a text message to all your event participants with a single click. This is extremely useful if for example there is a last minute change of plan or you need to send a reminder to all your attendees. Actravia also can alert two administrators by SMS every time a person registers on the website. Helps you keep in touch with what is happening on the website in real time.

Twitter Posting:
You can now send an optional customised posting to your twitter account for each person who registers for your event. Great for creating a buzz around your event and for keeping people informed of who's coming.

Selectable Options with Place Limits:
For events where there are bookable options with limited availability, Actravia now provides a facility to allow you to create groups of options with limits. For example, if your conference was running morning and afternoon workshops with limited places in each workshops, Actravia now allows a person booking to choose which workshop they wish to attend and if places are all filled, automatically prevents further registration for that workshop.

Multiple Payment Accounts:
With Actravia you can specify on an event by event basis, a seperate payment account. This enables you to host regional events on a centralised website and route payments directly to the regional centres, while still maintaining transparency of the payments made.

Customisable Terminology:
Actravia allows you to customise how prices and registration links are displayed so that whether you need to qualify a price such as "Early Bird" or a registration link such as "book now" or "register now", Actravia gives you great flexibility in choosing how you communicate this.

Customisable Links:
You can now customise the registration link for every event which means that you can have 3rd party events listed on your website and link to a remote booking page. You can even use this to generate referral incoming if you have a referal arrangement with the 3rd party.

Cross Site Sharing:
Where multiple websites are hosted on a single installation, Actravia allows you to refer satellite sites to the centre site meaning that all the site in your installation can share an events listing and have a unified payment and registration process. This is a great feature for associations who wish to allow members to have their own websites but want to promote events through their network.

RSS Feeds:
Actravia supports RSS which means that you can publish your events list in a way that can be easily subscribed to by other individuals and websites and will automatically update them when you publish new event dates.

Event Recurrence:
Actravia allows you to recur an event, automatically coping over the settings and properties of the event.This means there is no need to re-enter common settings for a programme that is regularly run.
